Yogurt Raita

This fresh yogurt dish is a great accompaniment to any curry.

Hands-on time 5min. Serves 6

1⁄2 cucumber

250g Greek-style yogurt

1⁄2tsp ground cumin

1tbsp lemon juice

Small handful mint leaves, roughly chopped

Small handful coriander, roughly chopped

1 Coarsely grate cucumber, then lift up over a sink and squeeze out excess moisture. Mix in a bowl with remaining ingredients and season. Serve.
